Lebanese Association for Developing Information and Technology (LAIDT) represented by President Maya Zgheib, had the honor to assist to The Event Held at Padova Hotel.

“More than 50 representatives from
universities, technical and vocational education and training (TVET)
institutes, and the private sector attended a partnership launching event under
the workforce development component of the USAID-funded Community Support
Program #CSP. Also joining the
launch was Stephen Morin, the director of USAID’s economic growth office, and
Dalia Lakiss, USAID’s program management specialist.
The event introduced the program to the
stakeholders and shared its progress to date, and included a matchmaking
session between TVET and business representatives.
Under the workforce development component, CSP
is working with its partners to improve the skills of, and employment
opportunities for, at least 1,000 unemployed or underemployed Lebanese from
vulnerable communities.”
